Sales Manager (B2C)
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing dental clinic with a strong focus on international markets. We are currently looking for an energetic, disciplined, and strategic-thinking Sales Manager to lead and develop one of the company's key departments - the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10 sales agents working across multiple languages and international markets
- Train, develop, and support the team in their daily activities
- Monitor sales performance and implement effective reporting and tracking systems
- Organize schedules while maintaining high levels of discipline and team efficiency
- Analyze international markets and develop strategies for new business opportunities
- Participate in strategic meetings with senior management and contribute to business development initiatives
- Communicate directly with international clients and resolve complex cases
- Prepare regular reports, statistics, and performance analyses related to sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2C sales and team management
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- High level of personal discipline, organization, and accountability
- Proactive mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment
- Strong skills in researching and understanding international markets
