    BRANCH MANAGER

    One of Bulgaria’s leading banks is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and develop the performance of one of its branch locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the achievement of the branch’s financial targets and business objectives in line with the bank’s regional strategy and budget;
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards across all functional areas;
    • Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients;
    • Coordinate branch activities and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, goals, and operational priorities;
    • Monitor performance indicators and prepare regular reports on branch operations and results;
    • Lead, motivate, and support the branch team to achieve both individual and collective objectives.

    Requirements

    • University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field;
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience within a banking and/or financial institution;
    • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, legal requirements, and industry best practices;
    • Good understanding of the local business environment and market dynamics;
    • Previous management experience and proven leadership capabilities;
    • Results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
    • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities;
    • Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships;
    • Very good command of English;
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
