BRANCH MANAGER

One of Bulgaria’s leading banks is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and develop the performance of one of its branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the achievement of the branch’s financial targets and business objectives in line with the bank’s regional strategy and budget;
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards across all functional areas;
Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients;
Coordinate branch activities and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, goals, and operational priorities;
Monitor performance indicators and prepare regular reports on branch operations and results;
Lead, motivate, and support the branch team to achieve both individual and collective objectives.

Requirements

University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of professional experience within a banking and/or financial institution;
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, legal requirements, and industry best practices;
Good understanding of the local business environment and market dynamics;
Previous management experience and proven leadership capabilities;
Results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational abilities;
Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships;
Very good command of English;
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
