    Our client is one of the leading banking institutions in both the Bulgarian and international markets. Due to the continued growth and expansion of their operations, they are currently looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join their team in Sofia.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist customers over the phone with inquiries, requests, and issues related to banking products and services;
    • Identify opportunities to promote and sell banking products;
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional and personalized service;
    • Deliver accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Minimum secondary education;
    • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills;
    • Good computer literacy;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Previous experience in customer service or customer support is considered an advantage.
