CREDIT SPECIALIST - SMALL BUSINESS BANKING

Our client is a leading player in both the Bulgarian and international banking markets. As part of its continued growth and expansion, the bank is looking for a Credit Specialist - Small Business Banking to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, attract, and acquire new clients;
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers and banking products;
Advise clients on financial solutions tailored to their business needs;
Review and process documentation, analyze financial information provided by clients, prepare credit proposals, and actively participate throughout the entire lending process in accordance with the bank’s internal policies and procedures;

Requirements:

University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field);
Previous experience in a banking institution, with a strong background in direct sales and lending activities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking software systems would be considered an advantage;
Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a genuine interest in building a career in the banking sector;
