CUSTOMER ADVISOR – RETAIL BANKING (NO BANKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Our client is a leading player in both the Bulgarian and international banking markets. As part of the institution’s continued growth and development, they are looking for a Customer Advisor – Retail Banking to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customers with comprehensive information about the bank’s products and services;
Advise and support clients in selecting financial solutions tailored to their individual needs;
Promote and cross-sell lending, savings, and deposit products;
Process documentation and perform banking transactions, including cash operations in both local and foreign currencies, in compliance with internal policies and procedures;
Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service.

Candidate Profile

Completed secondary or higher education (a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field is considered an advantage);
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions;
Good computer literacy, including MS Office;
Previous experience in banking, customer service, or sales is considered an advantage but is not required;
Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and motivation to develop a career in the banking sector.
