CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (PHONE & EMAIL SUPPORT)
Our client is one of the leading companies in Sofia providing comprehensive property management services, including technical maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and professional management of residential complexes, gated communities, and administrative buildings. Due to the growing volume of business, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Phone & Email Support) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email;
- Receive customer inquiries, requests, and reports, and route them to the appropriate departments;
- Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding services and ongoing cases;
- Monitor and follow up on customer requests from initial submission through to resolution;
- Work daily with Microsoft Office applications, internet-based tools, and the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills and experience handling professional correspondence;
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office, internet applications, and specialized software;
- Strong customer service skills and a responsible approach to work;
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment;
- Previous experience in a similar customer support role involving phone and email communication is required.
