    GERMAN-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming calls from end customers in Germany;
    • Provide information and guidance regarding products and services;
    • Process customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
    • Present promotional offers, discounts, and retention solutions;
    • Assist customers with contract renewals and service-related requests;
    • Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

    Requirements

    • Professional proficiency in German (B2–C1);
    • Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
