GERMAN-SPEAKING CALL CENTER SPECIALIST
Our client partners with leading companies across a variety of industries, including the German energy sector. Due to the launch of several new projects, they are currently looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, supporting end customers in Germany across the energy sector and other industries;
- Provide product information and customer guidance;
- Present promotional offers and available products;
- Assist customers with contract renewals and service-related requests;
- Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professional communication standards.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in German (B2–C1 level);
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
