GERMAN-SPEAKING CALL CENTER SPECIALIST
Our client partners with major companies in the German energy sector. Due to the launch of new projects, they are currently looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle written customer communication via email with end customers in Germany;
- Process and manage large volumes of data, documentation, contracts, and customer records;
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of customer inquiries and administrative requests;
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all written correspondence.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in German (B2–C1 level);
- Good computer skills and confidence working with various software systems;
- Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured and process-driven environment.
