    GERMAN-SPEAKING CALL CENTER SPECIALIST

    Our client partners with leading companies in the German energy sector. Due to the launch of new projects, they are currently looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, supporting end customers in Germany within the energy sector;
    • Provide product guidance and customer consultation;
    • Present promotional offers and services tailored to customer needs;
    • Assist customers with contract renewals and service-related requests;
    • Deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

    Requirements

    • Professional proficiency in German (B2–C1 level);
    • Good computer literacy and confidence working with digital systems;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
