GERMAN-SPEAKING CALL CENTER SPECIALIST
Our client partners with leading companies in the German energy sector. Due to the launch of new projects, they are currently looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, supporting end customers in Germany within the energy sector;
- Provide product guidance and customer consultation;
- Present promotional offers and services tailored to customer needs;
- Assist customers with contract renewals and service-related requests;
- Deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in German (B2–C1 level);
- Good computer literacy and confidence working with digital systems;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
