GERMAN-SPEAKING CALL CENTER SPECIALIST
Our client partners with leading companies in the German energy sector. Due to the launch of several new projects, they are currently looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, supporting end customers in Germany within the energy sector;
- Provide product advice and customer consultation;
- Present promotional offers and services tailored to customer needs;
- Assist with contract renewals and customer retention activities;
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in German (B2–C1 level);
- Good computer literacy and confidence working with various software systems;
- Strong motivation and eagerness to learn;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
