HEAD CHEF - HOTEL RESORT
Our client, a well-established hotel resort in Gabrovo, is looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead their culinary team.
We are seeking a professional with a proven track record in kitchen management who can oversee daily operations, inspire and lead a team, and consistently deliver outstanding food quality and dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all kitchen operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team.
- Create and update menus in line with the restaurant's concept and standards.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Manage supplier orders and maintain efficient inventory levels.
- Ensure proper food storage while maintaining all hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Monitor food costs, profitability, and efficient resource utilization.
- Prepare staff schedules and organize daily kitchen operations.
- Support the planning and execution of banquets, corporate events, and special occasions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Chef.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing and developing kitchen teams.
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
