HR Specialist (with Recruitment focus)

Our client is a well-established and forward-looking organization recognized for its high standards, structured processes, and modern approach to people management. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their team - a professional who can independently manage both recruitment and core HR activities.

This role is suitable for someone with a strong general HR background and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full recruitment cycle - from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer stage
Actively identifying and attracting suitable candidates through various channels
Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on both professional competencies and cultural fit
Preparing and maintaining employment contracts, annexes, and HR documentation in compliance with local labour regulations
Administration of employee benefits and supporting overall HR processes
Coordinating onboarding and ensuring a smooth integration of new hires
Maintaining and improving internal HR policies and procedures
Partnering with management on workforce planning and staffing needs
Contributing to the optimization and structuring of HR processes

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience
At least 3 - 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house)
Solid experience with HR administration - contracts, annexes, employee lifecycle management
Good understanding of local labour legislation and HR best practices
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
