    HR Specialist (with Recruitment focus)

    Our client is a well-established and forward-looking organization recognized for its high standards, structured processes, and modern approach to people management. They are currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their team - a professional who can independently manage both recruitment and core HR activities.

    This role is suitable for someone with a strong general HR background and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the full recruitment cycle - from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer stage
    • Actively identifying and attracting suitable candidates through various channels
    • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on both professional competencies and cultural fit
    • Preparing and maintaining employment contracts, annexes, and HR documentation in compliance with local labour regulations
    • Administration of employee benefits and supporting overall HR processes
    • Coordinating onboarding and ensuring a smooth integration of new hires
    • Maintaining and improving internal HR policies and procedures
    • Partnering with management on workforce planning and staffing needs
    • Contributing to the optimization and structuring of HR processes

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience
    • At least 3 - 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house)
    • Solid experience with HR administration - contracts, annexes, employee lifecycle management
    • Good understanding of local labour legislation and HR best practices
    • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
