For one of our clients, a well-established company partnering with one of Bulgaria's leading insurance providers, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior General Insurance Specialist.

If you have a basic understanding of the insurance industry and are looking to grow your career in a friendly and supportive work environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Previous experience is not essential - you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from the team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process insurance documentation;
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person at the office;
Assist with preparing insurance quotes and issuing insurance policies;
Work with specialized insurance software;
Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.

What We're Looking For

Basic knowledge of the insurance industry;
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Good communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Previous administrative or insurance experience is an advantage but not required.
