Medical Laboratory Technician

Our client is a leading diagnostic laboratory accredited to the highest international quality standards. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and modern laboratory systems, the organization is committed to delivering accurate and reliable diagnostic services. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking to expand their team with a Medical Laboratory Technician.

Requirements

Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Nursing.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Strong communication skills and a professional, patient-focused approach.
Experience working with a Laboratory Information System (LIS) or other medical software would be considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Perform venous blood collection with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Prepare, label, and dispatch samples to the central laboratory in accordance with established procedures.
Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive experience throughout the sampling process.
Adhere to all quality, safety, and laboratory standards.
