MORTGAGE LENDING SPECIALIST

They are currently looking for a Mortgage Lending Specialist to join their team and provide high-quality customer service and expert guidance on the bank’s mortgage products and services.

Requirements

University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Previous professional experience in mortgage lending or in the real estate sector (e.g., Real Estate Agent/Broker) is required;
Proven sales experience is mandatory;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong motivation to achieve results and exceed targets;
Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on available mortgage financing solutions and lending options;
Assess customers’ financial profiles and evaluate creditworthiness and lending risks;
Prepare and present tailored mortgage proposals;
Monitor the loan approval process and coordinate with relevant internal departments;
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships;
Ensure clients are fully informed about the bank’s products, requirements, and lending conditions.
