Our client is a leading Bulgarian company specializing in comprehensive security solutions for both individuals and businesses. They are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and client support.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and various administrative documents.
- Maintain customer records, manage administrative documentation, and prepare contracts and invoices.
- Process and coordinate security-related alerts and incidents within the monitoring department.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or university degree.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in the security systems industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
