OPERATING ROOM NURSE – OPHTHALMOLOGY

One of the country's leading and most advanced eye clinics is looking to expand its team by hiring an Operating Room Nurse for its Ophthalmology Department.

We welcome applications from both motivated early-career professionals looking to build a future in surgical nursing and experienced operating room nurses seeking a new professional challenge.

Requirements:

Degree or qualification as a Registered Nurse;
Previous experience as an Operating Room Nurse is required, even if limited to a few months;
Experience in an ophthalmology setting is considered an advantage but is not mandatory;
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating theatre before and after surgical procedures;
Assist ophthalmic surgeons and the clinical team during operations;
Maintain a sterile environment and ensure the proper functioning and monitoring of surgical equipment.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday on 7-hour shifts:
Morning Shift: 08:00 AM – 03:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 07:30 PM
Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday);
No on-call duties.
