We are looking for an ambitious and people-oriented professional to join one of Bulgaria’s fastest-growing and most innovative dental clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building trust, and helping clients make informed decisions while contributing directly to business growth.

Your Role
You will work with prospective patients who have already expressed interest in the clinic’s services, guiding them through their treatment options and helping them choose the most suitable solution for their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting the clinic’s services and personalized treatment plans to prospective patients;
- Understanding each patient's needs and recommending the most appropriate treatment options based on their expectations and budget;
- Building strong relationships and trust with patients while guiding them through the decision-making process;
- Converting inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings;
- Coordinating appointments for initial consultations and assisting international patients with travel and accommodation arrangements when needed;
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team, dentists, and administrative staff to enhance the patient journey and improve sales performance;
- Communicating with patients from German-speaking markets.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in B2C sales, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales-focused role is required;
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following internal processes;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
