SMALL BUSINESS LENDING SPECIALIST

Our client is a leading player in both the Bulgarian and international banking markets. As part of its continued growth and expansion, the bank is looking for a Small Business Lending Specialist to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, attract, and acquire new business clients;
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers and banking products;
Advise clients on financial solutions tailored to their business needs and objectives;
Review and process documentation, analyze financial information provided by clients, prepare lending proposals, and actively participate throughout the entire credit approval process in accordance with the bank’s internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field);
Previous experience in a banking institution is required, particularly in direct sales and lending activities;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
Good computer literacy and familiarity with specialized banking software would be considered an advantage;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing a career in the banking sector.
